How it works

I build your demo first, so you can see it before you pay anything. If you like it, you're usually live 3 to 5 days after your deposit.

  1. Free demo

    Before you pay anything

    I look up your business and build a demo website and receptionist from your real details. If you already have a website, everything on it comes across.

  2. You have a play

    Take your time

    Click around the site on your phone. Ring the receptionist and ask it what you charge. Show your partner. No pressure.

  3. Say yes

    Day 0

    I send your order to check and sign online. If I got in touch with you first, you get 10 business days to change your mind before I invoice anything. Then it's a deposit invoice for half, and nothing starts until it lands.

  4. Details call

    Once your deposit lands, about 15 minutes

    We go through your hours, services, prices to show, photos, and who looks after your domain.

  5. I build it

    The next 1 to 3 days

    I move the demo into your own site, add your photos and fix up the words with you. You get a preview link.

  6. Two rounds of changes

    Days 3 to 5 after your deposit

    Send me a list, I make the changes, you check it on your phone. Two rounds are included.

  7. It goes live

    Day 5 or so after your deposit

    Your site goes live on your own address. I send the final invoice for the other half.

  8. Handover

    Same day

    You get your live link, your logins, how to ask for changes, and what's included.

  9. Check-in

    Two weeks later

    A quick text to see if anything needs changing.

What I need from you

  • Your business name, phone number and email.
  • Your hours, the suburbs you cover, and the services and prices you want shown.
  • A few photos of your work, your shop or your team.
  • Who looks after your domain, if you already have one.
  • Access to your Google Business Profile, if I'm setting that up too.

What you end up with

A website on your own address that you own, plus whatever you switched on: a phone receptionist, a chat agent or online booking. And one local person to ring when you want something changed.
