How it works

  • If the change is included, we just do it. No need to sign anything.
  • If it costs extra, we fill in the price above and send it back. Nothing extra is charged and no paid work starts until you've approved the price.
  • On the Looked after plan, small changes are done the same business day if we get them by 12pm. Bigger jobs, like a new page, are quoted first, even on the plan.
  • It helps to send each round of changes as one list, rather than lots of separate messages.
  • If it's urgent, tell us the date. We'll let you know straight away if we can make it.
  • Paid changes are invoiced, and the invoice is due within 7 days. No card fees.
