Logo: do you have one? Send the best file you've got (the original from your designer is ideal).

Photos: send 4 to 10 of your work, your team, your vehicle or your shop. Phone photos are fine. Paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link to your photos (and logo). Or just email or text them to Viri.

Brand colours, if you have them

Any words you already use and like (a Facebook About section, a flyer, a quote template) Paste them in, or send a link.

Reviews: are you happy for us to link to your Google reviews? Any reviews you'd like shown, with the reviewer's OK?

Only send photos, logos and words that are yours, that you paid for, or that you have permission to use. If a photo shows a customer, their face or their home, make sure they're OK with it being online.

Your domain name

Your domain is the address of your website, like yourbusiness.com.au. It must be registered in your business's name and ABN. That's an auDA rule for .com.au names, and it means you stay in control. We never register a client's domain in our name.

Do you have a domain name? What is it?

Where is it registered? (GoDaddy, Crazy Domains, VentraIP or another company)

Whose name is it registered in? (it should be your business. Tell us if it's a past web designer, a relative or a staff member, and we'll help you sort it out)

Can you log in to that account, or give us DNS access? Many registrars let you add us as a user or "delegate" without sharing your password.

My business has my customers' consent, or another lawful reason, to send them these texts and emails. I understand every message will name my business and include a way to opt out (for example "Reply STOP to opt out"), and opt-outs are honoured. Review requests will go to every customer after a finished job, the same way each time. No picking only the happy ones, no rewards for reviews, and no asking for 5 stars.

If your site collects names and numbers (a contact form, chat or booking), it's a good idea to have a privacy policy on it. If you don't have one, we'll give you our Client Website Starter Pack. It's a starting template for you to check and fill in, not legal advice.

Is your business covered by the Privacy Act? Some businesses are, whatever their size: health service providers (like a physio or massage therapist), businesses with turnover over $3 million, and from 1 July 2026 AML/CTF reporting entities such as real estate agents, accountants and lawyers. Please tell us if you are, or if you're not sure.
