    Built from your real details. Includes connecting it to your domain and 12 months hosting from go-live. Two rounds of changes during the build. 30 days of free small fixes after go-live. Paid as a $250 deposit and $250 at go-live.

    Not charged now. Free while you're on the Looked after plan. We'll remind you at least 30 days before it's due, and you can pay it, join the Looked after plan, or move your site.

    We make small changes for you: prices, hours, photos, seasonal notices and fixes. Done the same business day if we get them by 12pm. Bigger jobs, like a new page or new features, are quoted first. Hosting included. Month to month, cancel any time.

  • Changes when you're not on the plan$50 a change

    Not charged now. For small changes after the 30 free days. Bigger work is quoted first, and we only go ahead once you agree.

  • $300 setup + $59 a month

    Answers questions on your website using information you approve, and takes people's name and number.

  • $750 setup + $149 to $249 a month

    Answers when you can't, takes the caller's details and books jobs into your calendar. Includes 300 minutes a month. Extra minutes: charged at the overage rate ($? a minute) on a separate invoice after the end of the month. Unused minutes don't carry over. We'll tell you when you've used 80% of your minutes.

Our prices don't include GST because Switched On AI is not registered for GST. No GST is charged, so the totals above are what you pay. If we register for GST later, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before adding GST to ongoing fees, and you can cancel without penalty. See "GST" in our Terms.

How you'll pay

Deposit
$0, which is 50% of the one-off total. We'll send the invoice when you sign. It's due within 7 days. We start work once it's paid.
Balance
$0, the other 50%. We invoice it when your site or service goes live, and it's due within 7 days.
Monthly fees
$0 a month in total. Each monthly service starts on the day that service goes live, and is then billed monthly in advance on the same date each month. Month to month, cancel any time.
Card fees
None. We don't add a surcharge for paying by card.
GST
None. Switched On AI is not registered for GST.
Late payments
No late fees or interest. If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause the unpaid service until it's paid, but only after giving you 7 days' written notice. Nothing is deleted while it's paused. See "Paying us".
How to pay (required)

Key terms in short

The full rules are in our Client Terms of Service. These are the main ones in plain words. This summary is a guide, so if it leaves something out or puts it more simply, the Terms give the full rule.

  • No lock-in. Monthly services are month to month. You can cancel any time, and it takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. See "Monthly plans".
  • Price changes. Setup prices are fixed once you sign. For monthly services, we give at least 30 days' written notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it starts at no cost. See "Changes to prices".
  • Cancelling a website before it goes live. We keep only the part of your deposit that covers work already done and refund the rest. You won't owe more than the deposit. See "If you want to leave".
  • Sign-off. Your site is accepted when it goes live, or 10 business days after we send the final preview if you don't ask for changes or tell us something is wrong. See "Schedule A: Websites".
  • Free fixes. Small fixes and small changes to your website are free for 30 days after go-live, and we fix anything we built that doesn't work as agreed at no cost. See "Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law".
  • If we don't hear from you. If you don't reply for 10 business days, we may pause the project. If we still don't hear from you 30 days after we write to tell you, we can close it and invoice only for work done (never more than the unpaid balance). See "Schedule A: Websites".
  • Ownership. Once you've paid in full, we assign to you the copyright we own in the design, text and images we made for your site. We keep our reusable toolkit (code, templates, layouts, prompts, AI agent set-ups and automations) and give you a free, non-exclusive, ongoing licence to use it as part of your site. See "Ownership of your website".
  • AI assistants. AI can make mistakes. You approve what your chat agent or receptionist knows before it goes live, tell us when anything changes, and check its conversation logs (we suggest weekly). We fix errors you tell us about promptly, at no cost. It tells people it's an AI assistant, and it is not an emergency service. See "Schedule C: AI chat agents and AI receptionists".
  • Messages to your customers. You confirm you have consent or another lawful basis to message your customers. Every message identifies your business and includes a way to opt out. See "Schedule D: Text messages, review requests and booking".
  • Portfolio. We may show your site in our portfolio and add a small "Website by Switched On AI" link in the footer, unless you ask us in writing not to. See "Showing your site in our portfolio".
  • Your rights. Nothing in this order form or our Terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See "Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law".
  • Limits on liability. As far as the law allows, if our services don't meet a consumer guarantee, we'll supply them again or pay the cost of having them supplied again. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect loss, such as lost profits. See "Limits on liability".

Agreeing to this order

By signing, you agree to this order form and our Client Terms of Service (Version 1, October 2026), published at switchedonai.com.au/terms. Please read them before you sign. If this order form and the Terms say different things about the same point, this order form applies.

You can sign electronically. Typing or drawing your name, or clicking to accept, counts as your signature. Paying the deposit after you've received this order form also counts as accepting it.

You confirm you're allowed to sign for the business named above. We'll send notices about this order to the email address and phone number above.
