Viri set everything up for our beauty salon in morayfield. I barely had to lift a finger. we had an old booking system that kept double booking clients and it was a massive headache. he integrated a new online booking button right on the front page of our new site. syncs perfectly with my google calendar so i can see what my day looks like over my morning coffee. highly recommend if youre a tradie or run a local shop and hate doing admin.

AI phone thing is surprisingly good. caught a couple of emergency plumbing jobs on Sunday arvo that i would have missed because i was watching the footy. it answers, asks if its an emergency, and because they said yes it put the call straight through to my mobile with a loud override ring. ended up being a massive blocked sewer job that paid out well. Viri is a bloody legend for setting it up this way.

Phone bot is actually mental. was doing a brake pad replacement on a hilux and my hands were covered in grease so I let it ring out. usually that's a lost job. checked my phone 10 mins later and the AI had chatted to the bloke, figured out he needed a timing belt done on a 2018 ranger, quoted the rough starting price we set up, and booked him in for next tuesday. literally made me 800 bucks while I was under a car. Viri set it up in like an hour.

Viri got my site up for 500 bucks. unreal value. looks good on the iphone which is all I care about tbh since 90% of my landscaping clients just search on their phones anyway. he even wrote the text for the services page because i suck at writing and hate doing it. took about a week from go to whoa.

Got the $500 website package for our plastering business. honest to god it looks better than the one I paid 2k for 5 years ago from some agency in brisbane that ripped me off. Viri asked for some photos of our jobs, a quick run down of what we do, and had a draft ready in a few days. looks clean on the phone, got a proper contact form that actually goes to my email, and no hidden ongoing fees besides the basic hosting. bloody brilliant.

pretty good. website chat gets a bit confused if they ask weird questions but mostly it gets their number so i can just ring them.

Viri set up the missed call text back feature for my mobile pet grooming biz. because im washing dogs all day i cant just pick up my phone when it rings. before, people would just hang up. now they get a text straight away with a link to book. filled 3 gaps in my schedule this week alone just from that. genuinely so helpful for sole traders who work hands-on.

we do pool fencing and the bot handles all the 'do you do glass fencing' questions. weeds out the time wasters.

i'm a sole trader sparky working mostly around redcliffe and scarborough. missing calls meant losing money straight to the next guy on google. I was missing maybe 5-6 calls a week easily. getting the AI receptionist was the best move this year. it texts me the job details (like 'faulty switchboard' or 'needs downlights installed') so i can just call them on my smoko break already knowing what they want. paid for itself in the first week.

We moved our clinic from north lakes to burpengary east a few months back. absolute nightmare. google kept sending people to the old spot because the address wouldn't update no matter how many times i submitted a ticket. patients were furious. Viri jumped on a screen share with me, did some magic with the verification, fixed the map pin and even replied to the negative reviews explaining the mix up. took a few days to fully kick in but traffic is back to normal now. lifesaver.
