Free with any service
Your own AI assistant
We set it up on your computer, connect it to your business and teach you to use it. Then you just tell it what you want done, in plain words, and it does it.
Like a helper who already knows your business
You type or say what you need, the same way you'd ask a person. It already knows your prices, hours and services, because we set it up with your details. If you can send a text, you can use it.
What it can change for you depends on what we connect it to. We set it up for the tools your business already uses.
Things you could ask it
- "Change my Saturday hours to 8 till 1."
- "Add our new service and its price to the website."
- "Help me reply to this review."
- "Write a post about our Christmas special."
- "Turn these notes into a tidy email to a customer."
One hour with us, once. Not every week.
- Pick any service. A website, a receptionist or anything else. The assistant comes with it, free.
- We set it up on your own computer, connected to your website and the tools you use.
- A one hour lesson. We sit with you and show you how to ask it things. No tech skills needed.
- You're in charge. Ask it yourself whenever you like. Stuck? Text us.
What it costs
Nothing to us. You only pay the providers for what you use.
To us: $0
- Setting it up on your computer
- Your one hour lesson
- No monthly fees to us for anything you run yourself with your assistant
You still pay the setup for the services you choose, like the website.
To the providers, paid by you
- Your web address (domain), once a year
- The AI tool's own subscription, monthly, to the AI company
- Calls and texts, if you have a receptionist
Before you start, we write down what each one will cost for your business, so there are no surprises.
Rather not do it yourself? Choose Looked after for $49.99 a month instead, and we make your changes for you.
Why we do this
Big businesses already use AI to save hours every week. We want local businesses to have the same, set up properly and explained in plain words.
58% of Australians used AI tools in the last month (Roy Morgan, June 2026). Your customers are already using it.
